CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the tour start time require full payment.

Cancellations made within a week of your tour date will require half payment.

Tours proceed in inclement weather.

 

PAYMENT FOR TOURS

Payment in advance:

For payment in advance we use the secure payment system provided by PayPal. Upon receiving client confirmation for prepayment for the tour we will issue a Paypal invoice for the total cost of the tour with an additional 4% to cover the PayPal service fees.

Payment in cash:

The tour is payable in cash on the day at the conclusion of the tour directly to your guide.

Please ensure that you have the proper amount in currency (Euro) with you to cover the total cost of the tour.

It cannot be relied upon to have an ATM at the finishing point of the tour.

When paying cash to your guide discretion is advised.

Please designate one person in your group to handle the transaction.
