CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made less than 1 WEEK prior to the tour start time require full payment / NO REFUND.
Cancellations made within a week of your tour date will require half payment / HALF TOUR PAYMENT REFUNDED.
Tours proceed in inclement weather.
Tickets once purchased, are non-transferable to a different date, person (when assigned to a name) or time. Tickets once purchased are non-refundable.
PAYMENT FOR TOURS
Payment in advance:
For payment in advance we use the secure payment system provided by Sumup. Upon receiving client confirmation for prepayment for the tour we will send a Sumup payment link in an email for the total cost of the tour with an additional 2.5% to cover the Sumup service fees.
Payment in cash:
Yes, it is possible to pay the tour in cash. Cash payments on the day are made at the conclusion of the tour directly to your guide.
Please ensure that you have the proper amount in currency (Euro) with you to cover the total cost of the tour.
It cannot be relied upon to have an ATM at the finishing point of the tour.
When paying cash to your guide discretion is advised.
Please designate one person in your group to handle the transaction.
